The Future of the Sage Intacct Blog: Using Technology to Know You and to Help You

This week I had the opportunity to attend Salesforce’s Dreamforce conference. I was in awe of how nonprofits have used technology at the most critical of times to help them achieve their mission. From the KWF Dutch Cancer Society increasing their donations by 25% between last year and this year by developing a mobile app on Salesforce to raise $4 million in donations in one week, to the Ukrainian Red Cross struggling to accept donations in multiple currencies at the outbreak of the war leading them to develop a platform on Salesforce where they could not only accept donations in multiple currencies and languages but also keep track of donors to send thank you letters and update on how their donations are being used – I was genuinely amazed. Technology is not just a feature-set, it’s helping raise money to find a cure for cancer. It’s helping countries provide food for their people when they need it most. It is so much more. I left inspired. Inspired to do so much more for our clients. To learn more, so I could share more.

While, this will continue to be a Sage Intacct blog, and rest assured features, new releases, and best practice tips will still be posted here, I hope in the future this becomes a place to share tips for how to make your business more impactful no matter the technological platform used. I hope this becomes a technologically diverse blog to, as our CLA promise states, know you and to help you.
