Re-igniting the Spark – 2020

Weekly tips for seamlessly adopting cloud solutions now and long after COVID-19.

Now that businesses have had to move to a virtual workplace, many find themselves looking to the cloud for solutions to questions like:

  • “I don’t have a printer at home with MICR ink, how do I get vendors paid on time without having access to my office?”
  • “In January, I could have just walked out of my office and asked Ben why he submitted a PO for 100 rolls of toilet paper. Now, I have to email him and it seems like Ben is always unavailable.”

Situations like these and continuous changes in the way we are all working had our team posing the following question on a (now) video call:

How can we help our clients overcome the different obstacles that come with working virtually?

Our solution: re-ignite the weekly CLA Sage Intacct Spark series with a weekly software tip on working in the cloud.

  • Going paperless, “getting it off your desk”, automation for things like vendor and customer payments, PO’s, and attachments
