CLA Values Our Cooperative Community

Every October, cooperatives around the world join in celebrating Co-op Month. This year’s theme, Co-ops – By the Community, For the Community, highlights how cooperatives are community-born and community-led organizations.

CLA has focused on serving cooperatives for more than 60 years. Our experience with cooperatives dates back to the beginning of our firm. There are more than 40,000 cooperatives in the United States, with more than 350 million members. CLA is proud to support cooperatives as they contribute to their local communities and economies. We share the values of the cooperative business model including innovation, community-focus, and collaboration.

2019 was a busy year for cooperatives with the 199A deduction developments and the implementation of tax law changes. We hope you were able to attend our webinars and read our articles and blog posts to help stay informed about the changes. Thank you for allowing CLA to be a part of your cooperative community. We look forward to exploring more opportunities with you in 2020.

Our legal name is CliftonLarsonAllen, but we use CLA.

What does CLA stand for. A whole blog about CLA and not once was it introduced. I am not the sharpest pencil, but certainly not a mind reader either.
