Section 301 Trade Tariff Exclusions Extended

The U.S Trade Representative (USTR) extended 77 of the 81 Section 301 tariff exclusions that were set to expire. These exclusions have been extended until September 30, 2023, and are included in an overall mandatory USTR tariff review.
