Soybean Estimated ARC-CO Payments

Yesterday, we released a report on the estimated corn ARC-CO net payments per acre based upon a corn MYA price ranging from $3.50 to $4.00Today, we are releasing the estimated soybean ARC-CO net payments based upon soybean MYA prices ranging from $9.25 to $10.50 in 25 cent increments.  I was surprised how many counties show a payment in the $9.75 to $10.00 range.  USDA is estimating a soybean MYA price around $10.00-10.20, so these numbers may come into play.

Remember, if your county is not shown, that means NASS did not provide production information for that county and final FSA numbers may be different from this report.  However, I have noticed that the spread between NASS yields and FSA yields in other years if fairly minor.  I think this is primarily due to minimal difference in planted and harvested acres.
